1. Orders & Payment

All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect stock, etc.).

2. Shipping

We aim to ship all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items will ship as per the estimated timeframe stated on the product page. Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.

4. Product Use

Our products are built tough, but misuse can void warranty or refund eligibility. Always follow any included instructions or safety recommendations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (photos, designs, copy, branding) is owned by ZBAD1 PTY LTD. Don’t copy it — we take infringement seriously.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any damage or loss caused by improper installation, use, or failure of any product. Use common sense and contact us if unsure.
