Processing Time:

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g. pre-orders).

Delivery Timeframes:

• Australia: 2–7 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days
  Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local carriers.

Pre-Orders:

If you’ve pre-ordered an item, the estimated shipping window will be listed on the product page. Your order will be sent as soon as stock lands.

Tracking:

You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on your location. We don’t hide shipping in our product prices — what you see is what you pay.

Lost or Delayed Orders:

Once it leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we’ll help you chase it up.
