Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. You may choose either a refund or store credit for these returns. Please note that returns due to incorrect sizing, fit, or suitability are considered change-of-mind returns. Product dimensions and specifications are provided on each product page, and customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use before purchasing. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including returns due to sizing, fit, or suitability, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
